Royal Vegas Casino problems: declined payments, stuck KYC and login trouble

A missed digit in the card number during the last deposit turns a simple top-up into a declined transaction on screen. That decline is usually caused by the payment details or the account balance not matching what the system expects.

Declined deposits and withdrawals caused by payment limits

The player sees a decline message and the amount stays unsent or unclaimed, even though the balance looks fine.

• The amount falls outside the minimum or maximum allowed for that payment route.
• The payment account is not registered in the player’s own name.
• The chosen method cannot be used for withdrawals after a deposit with it.
• Card or wallet details were entered with a typing error.
• The account still has a bonus condition that blocks cashing out.

1. Write down the exact message shown after the decline instead of closing the window.
2. Reduce or raise the amount so it sits clearly inside the range the chosen route accepts.
3. Retry with a single attempt, because repeated failures can trigger a temporary block.
4. Switch to a payment route that supports both deposits and withdrawals at Royal Vegas casino.
5. Retype the card number, expiry and security code slowly, checking each field.
6. Confirm the name on the payment account matches the name on the player profile.
7. Keep one method per deposit and withdrawal so the payout returns the same way.
8. Clear any pending bonus condition before requesting a cashout of the winnings.
9. Repeat the request once the amount and the method both fit the rules shown at https://royalvegas.de.com/.

Contact support when the decline repeats with correct details and an amount inside the allowed range.

Identity checks stuck or documents rejected

The player uploads files and sees a pending or rejected status that does not move forward.

• Photos are blurred, cropped or show glare across the text.
• Only one side of an identity document was sent.
• The document has expired or the address proves out of date.
• The name on the document differs slightly from the profile name.
• The file format or size is not accepted by the upload form.

1. Place the document on a flat, dark surface in bright, even light.
2. Capture all four corners so nothing is cut off at the edges.
3. Send both sides when the document has information on the back.
4. Use a recent document that still holds a valid expiry.
5. Match the spelling of the name exactly as it appears in the profile.
6. Photograph the proof of address whole, with the full page visible.
7. Keep files in a common image or document format and stay under the size cap.
8. Upload one clear set of files rather than several overlapping versions.
9. Wait for the review queue to clear before sending the same files again.
10. Apply the same care to every document so one weak scan does not sink the set.

Contact support when a rejection note points to a reason the new uploads already fix.

Login fails or the account locks after wrong passwords

The player types credentials and gets a wrong password or locked account notice instead of reaching the lobby.

• The password was typed with the wrong keyboard layout or a stray space.
• Too many wrong attempts triggered a temporary lock.
• The email address has a typo or a different domain from the one registered.
• Saved browser data is filling the fields with an old password.
• The account is already open in another tab or on another device.

1. Retype the password by hand in a fresh window instead of relying on saved data.
2. Check the keyboard language and remove any trailing space before submitting.
3. Retype the registered email address one character at a time.
4. Close other tabs and sign out on other devices before the next try.
5. Use the password reset option and follow the message sent to the inbox.
6. Open the reset link once, in the same browser, before it loses its validity.
7. Choose a new password that no other account shares.
8. Clear stored passwords in the browser so the old one stops autofilling.
9. Try a normal browser window with extensions disabled if the form refuses input.
10. Keep the recovery email reachable, since the Royal Vegas login depends on it.

Contact support when the reset message never arrives or the lock persists after a wait.

A withdrawal that stays pending

The player requests a cashout, sees it marked pending, and the status does not change.

• The identity check is still open on the account.
• The bonus condition behind the winnings is not finished.
• The payout method differs from the one used to deposit.
• The requested amount sits above what the chosen route allows.
• The request landed in a review queue behind other cashouts.

1. Open the withdrawal history and note the current status word.
2. Compare the amount with the range the chosen method accepts.
3. Finish or clear any bonus condition still attached to the balance.
4. Return the payout to the same route used for the deposit.
5. Complete the identity step if it still shows as open.
6. Avoid sending a second request for the same amount while the first is pending.
7. Keep playing activity away from the pending balance so the review is not disturbed.
8. Note when the request was made so the wait can be described clearly later.
9. Send one message with the request reference instead of several duplicates.

Contact support when the status stays pending after every condition above is met.

Keep the profile name, the payment account and every document spelled the same way, and most of these blocks never start.
