A player preparing for the first withdrawal often assumes winnings land in their account the moment the request is sent, and that wrong assumption costs them a day of worry and a support ticket. What typically goes wrong at this point with this brand is a bonus still sitting unfinished, because winnings tied to a promotion cannot be paid out until its conditions are met. Knowing that before you request anything changes how you plan the payout.
Quick Checklist Before You Sign Up
Set these items in place first, so nothing blocks your first payout later.
- An email address you actually read, because every confirmation and payout notice arrives there. A throwaway inbox means missed messages at the worst moment.
- A strong password you do not reuse elsewhere, since the account guards your money. Store it in a password manager rather than on paper.
- Your full legal name typed exactly as it appears on your ID. A nickname or shortened surname can stall a later withdrawal.
- One payment method in your own name only. Money sent from someone else’s account creates a mismatch that stops payouts.
- A clear note of any welcome offer you accept, including what it requires. Players who forget this are the ones surprised by a locked balance.
- Your phone browser ready for mobile play, since no separate download is needed. A current browser keeps the cashier pages working correctly.
- Proof of identity and address saved as clear photos, so a payout check does not wait on you. Blurry files get sent back.
Each item above removes one possible hold on your money. The email address matters most, because it is the channel for every account notice. Your name matching your documents is the second common blocker. Keeping payment in your own name is the third. Handle all of them at sign-up and the payout stage becomes routine.
Games and Bonuses at Casino Days
The lobby is organised by game type, so slots, table games and live dealer tables each sit in their own area. Players move between categories from a top menu rather than scrolling a single endless list. Each game tile shows the provider behind it, which helps when you want more of a studio you already enjoy. Filtering by provider narrows the lobby to a handful of titles in seconds.
Slots dominate the choice, ranging from simple three-reel games to titles with layered bonus rounds. Table players find roulette, blackjack and poker variants with different betting ranges. Live tables carry a real dealer streamed from a studio, and they suit players who want the pace of a land-based floor. The casino days games list grows over time as new releases arrive.
The welcome offer usually arrives as bonus credit plus casino days free spins on selected slots. Spins are tied to named games, so check which titles they open on before you count on them. Bonus credit and spins carry conditions on how many times you must play the value through before it becomes cash. That rule is the single most important line for anyone eyeing a withdrawal.
Every offer states its own playthrough requirement, its game weighting and the window in which it must be finished. Weighting means some games count fully toward the requirement while others count partly or not at all. Progress usually shows on your account page, so you can see how far you have come. Reading those figures before you accept is a habit worth keeping.
Only one welcome package is normally available per player, per household and per payment method. Creating a second account to claim it again breaks the rules and puts the first balance at risk. Spins often arrive in batches rather than all at once, so the count grows over your first sessions. Each batch keeps its own expiry, which trips up players who let one batch lapse.
Provider variety matters because it spreads your play across different styles and volatility levels. High-volatility slots swing hard in both directions, while low-volatility titles pay smaller and more often. Mixing them keeps a session going without draining the balance on one rough streak. It also keeps your bonus progress moving on more than a single title.
Money In and Money Out
The table below shows what each stage asks of you, not the amounts involved.
| Stage | What you do | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| First deposit | Choose one method from the cashier and pay in your own name | Name on the payment matches the account |
| Claiming a bonus | Apply the offer code or accept the prompt before depositing | Playthrough and expiry for that offer |
| Requesting a withdrawal | Pick a payout method and enter the amount | Bonus balance fully played through |
| Identity check | Send clear photos of ID and proof of address | Details match your account profile |
| Payment tracking | Watch your account history and email | Status moves from pending to paid |
A deposit usually reaches the balance right away with most methods, while some take a little longer. A withdrawal first lands in a pending state before any money moves. That pause is the window where a bonus issue or a document request can still be answered. Sending your documents during the pause shortens the whole process. Payouts go back to the method you used where possible, which is why the name match matters. Keeping one method for both directions avoids a second identity check later.
When a Withdrawal Stays Pending
Work through these steps in order, and note that the casino days login area is where your request status lives.
- Sign in to casinodays and open your account history to find the request. The status line tells you whether it is pending, approved or sent.
- Read the bonus section of your account and confirm every requirement is finished. A partially played bonus keeps the payout on hold until it is complete.
- Check your inbox and spam folder for a document request. Answering it is usually the fastest way to unfreeze a payout.
- Compare your profile name and address against your ID photo. Any difference, down to a middle initial, needs correcting before approval.
- Confirm your payout method belongs to you and was used for a deposit. Third-party accounts are refused on identity grounds.
- Contact support through live chat or the support email once those checks pass and the status has not moved. Give your account email and the request reference in one message.
- Log the date of every reply and follow up on the same thread rather than opening new ones. A single thread keeps your case easy to trace.
A pending request is not a lost one, and most hold-ups trace back to a document or bonus condition. Answering a document request quickly removes the most common delay. If a bonus is unfinished, either finish the remaining play or ask support to cancel the bonus and keep the cash part. That choice is yours to make, and support will explain what each option leaves on your balance. Stay polite and specific in messages, since a clear case moves faster. Keep watching the history page until the status changes to paid.
Fix It Fast: Common Problems
A login that will not work usually means a mistyped password or a cached page. Use the password reset link and type the new password rather than pasting it. Clear the browser cache if the page keeps failing after a reset. Trying a second browser settles whether the fault is local.
Free spins that do not appear are often tied to a game you have not opened. Spins attach to named slots, so open that title and the balance shows. If a batch has expired, it will not return. Support can confirm which batch was credited.
A bonus balance that will not convert is normal until the playthrough is done. Check how much remains and whether the expiry is close. Games that count partly toward the requirement slow progress, so switch to one that counts fully. Letting an offer expire mid-way forfeits the bonus and its winnings.
A deposit that does not show is usually still travelling through the payment provider. Give it a short while before doing anything else. Do not deposit a second time to chase it, as that can double a charge. Support can trace the payment with the reference from your receipt.
A payout refused on identity grounds means the documents did not match the profile. Resend sharper photos in good light with all four corners visible. Correct the profile details first if the fault is there. Once the details align, the request can be resubmitted.
A session that logs you out on mobile often comes from several tabs open on the same account. Close the extra tabs and sign in once. Saving the password in the phone browser reduces typing errors on a small keyboard. A private window can rule out an extension causing trouble.
Playing on a Phone Browser
The whole site runs in a phone browser, so play starts without any download. The lobby, cashier and account pages all work in the same way as on a desktop. Tap targets are sized for a touch screen, and the games load inside the page. Nothing needs installing to reach your balance.
A steady connection matters more on mobile than anywhere else, because a dropped signal can interrupt a game round. Play on Wi-Fi where you can, and keep the phone charged during longer sessions. Rotating the screen sometimes gives slots more room. Closing background apps frees memory for smoother play.
Money moves the same way on a phone, through the cashier inside the browser. Log in with the same details and the balance follows you between devices. A withdrawal requested on a phone goes through the same review. Your documents upload straight from the phone camera roll.
Security habits carry over from desktop. Sign out on a shared phone rather than leaving the session open. Avoid public Wi-Fi for deposits and withdrawals. Keep the browser updated so security fixes arrive. A screen lock on the phone adds a second barrier.
Payout Questions Players Ask
How long does a pending withdrawal take?
A request sits pending until the review is finished, and no single figure fits every case. Document checks and bonus conditions are the usual causes of a longer wait. Answering a request for documents the same day keeps things moving. The status in your account history is the reliable source, not guesswork.
Why can I not withdraw my bonus winnings yet?
Bonus money turns into cash only once its playthrough requirement is met. Until then the bonus balance stays separate from your cash. Some games count fully toward the requirement and others only partly. If the expiry is near, either finish the play or ask support to cancel the bonus.
Do free spins winnings need to be played through?
Winnings from spins usually arrive as bonus credit with their own conditions. That means the same playthrough rule applies before they can be paid out. Each batch of spins can carry its own expiry, so use them while they are live. Checking the offer details before spinning avoids a surprise later.
What if my documents were rejected?
A rejection usually means the photo was unclear or the details did not match. Retake the picture in good light with the whole document in frame. Confirm your profile name and address match the document exactly. Send the new files through the same channel as before.
Can I use more than one payment method?
You can deposit with different methods, but each one must be in your own name. Payouts generally return to the method used for the deposit. Mixing methods can add an identity check before payment. Keeping one method for both directions simplifies everything.
What happens if I forget my password?
The reset link on the sign-in page sends a message to your registered email. Open it and set a new password you have not used elsewhere. If the email does not arrive, check spam before trying again. Support can help if the address itself needs changing.
Before your next payout request, open your account history and confirm the bonus balance is fully played through and your documents are on file.
