Before depositing at any online casino, take five minutes to read this checklist — it covers the steps most players skip. Understanding the requirements, verifying your account early, and knowing how wagering works will save you time and money. Wagering Calculation
Most bonuses at Zodiac Casino come with a wagering requirement. For example, a common offer is a 100% match bonus up to $100 with a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Here is how to calculate the total amount you need to wager before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus.
Example scenario: You deposit $50 and receive a 100% bonus of $50. Your total balance is now $100 (deposit $50 + bonus $50). The wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
Formula: Wagering requirement = Bonus amount × Wagering multiplier
Calculation: $50 × 30 = $1,500
You must place bets totaling $1,500 before any winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. If you play a slot game with a 96% RTP, the expected loss over that wagering period is $1,500 × (1 − 0.96) = $60. That means from your original $50 deposit, you could theoretically lose the entire deposit if you play through the full wagering requirement with average luck.
Important: Always check the game contribution percentages. Slots usually contribute 100% to the wagering requirement, but table games like blackjack or roulette may contribute only 10% or even 0%. If you play a game that contributes 10%, you would need to wager $1,500 / 0.10 = $15,000 in that game to meet the same requirement – a huge difference.
Security
Zodiac Casino uses SSL encryption (128-bit or 256-bit) to protect all data transmitted between your browser and their servers. The site holds a Curacao eGaming license, which means it must comply with basic anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Always enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available – this adds an extra layer of security to your account login. Never share your password or write it down in an unsecured location. The mobile-optimized website (PWA) also uses the same encryption as the desktop version, so you can play on the go without compromising security.

Support Guide
Below are five common support scenarios and how to handle them:
- Forgotten password: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered email. You will receive a reset link. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.
- Verification documents rejected: Scan or photograph your ID and proof of address in good lighting. Ensure the details match your registration exactly. If rejected, the support team will tell you which document needs correction – you can resubmit via the cashier’s “Documents” section.
- Withdrawal pending longer than expected: Check the status under “My Account” → “Transaction History”. If it is still “Pending” after 48 hours, contact live chat with your transaction ID (found in the history).
- Bonus not credited: Make sure you selected the bonus when making the deposit. If you forgot, you cannot add it later. Contact support to confirm eligibility – they may offer a consolation bonus.
- Game not loading: Clear your browser cache and cookies. Update your browser to the latest version. If using a mobile device, ensure you are on a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection. If the problem persists, use the live chat to report the game name and error message.
Worth Knowing
If you want to maximize your chances of playing longer, focus on slot games with high RTP (Return to Player). The best categories are classic slots and video slots with RTP above 97% – for example, some versions of Mega Joker or Blood Suckers can reach 98% or higher. Avoid progressive jackpot slots unless you are specifically chasing a jackpot, because their RTP is often lower (generally 88%–92%) due to the jackpot contribution. Also avoid instant-win games like keno or bingo, which typically have RTP below 90%. Table games like blackjack (with optimal strategy) can offer RTP close to 99.5%, but check the specific rules – some variants have lower payouts.
